The body is not an object.
Our bodies are not just things or tools that we use.
The body as an integral part of who we are deeply connected to our experiences and how we understand the world.
The body - our bodies - are not just objects that we have, they are a core part of our identity and our perception of life. We don't just live in our bodies; we experience life through them, and they shape how we see and interact with everything around us.
These are some of my observations.
